How do I get started?
To create an account on Frementa, you need to have a valid email address and a password. Please use a strong password, which contains at least 8 characters, 1 upper case character, and a special symbol.
In order to create an account on Frementa, please go to our Signup page.
Fill out your information, confirm the password, and confirm the account by clicking on the link which you will receive in your email after submitting for registration.
You will be asked to create an account on Frementa with one of the two options: a personal account and a company account.
Please be notified, if you are a Homeowner of your property, you should only select a personal account option.
Why do I need to add payment information to my account?
Payment information is required if you want to purchase credits on Frementa. Credits will allow you to book available listings for viewing.
I forgot my password
Please go to our Forgot Password page, enter your email address and click on Send Recovery Email button. An email to help you reset your password will be sent directly to your mailbox. Please follow the steps in the email to get a new password. If you are still having problems with signing in to your account, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I set up an email alert for a new property?
This option is available starting from the Standard Subscription plan. It allows you to receive email notifications on the new property listings. To enable or disable the notifications, go to My Account, select Notifications, and select the preferred option.
