What’s my rating on Frementa?
Both Homeowners and Clients have their personal rating on Frementa. The higher your rating is, the more trusted you are. The rating is built based on several criteria, such as response rate and time and reviews. Top-rated Homeowners respond to the proposed time within 24 hours. If no response is given within the specified timeframe, the booking will be automatically declined and the rating of the Homeowner affected. If the Client has booked a time slot for a property view and didn’t show up, his rating will also be lowered.
